RAMPSociety™ is committed to building a professional community grounded in integrity, service, and continuous growth. This document serves as a foundation for mutual accountability and respect between RAMPSociety™ and its valued members.
This document outlines the rights and responsibilities of RAMPSociety™ members, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a strong, transparent, and supportive relationship between RAMPSociety™ staff and the member community. Members are entitled to professional support, fair treatment, and valuable engagement as part of their affiliation with RAMPSociety™ and are likewise expected to uphold high standards of professional conduct.
RAMPSociety™ may revise these guidelines periodically and will communicate any changes directly to its membership.
1. Commitment to Excellence
RAMPSociety™ members and staff are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity and conduct, aligned with the organization’s mission and ethical values.
Members have the right to expect the RAMPSociety™ team and Advisory Board to act in their best interests.
Members are responsible for maintaining and advancing their professional expertise, including fulfilling available certification and/or applicable continuing education (CEU) requirements if required.
2. Access to Member Services
Members have the right to receive prompt, respectful responses to their inquiries, whether submitted by phone or email.
RAMPSociety™ upholds a strict policy of non-discrimination and is committed to equal treatment regardless of gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, citizenship, or veteran status.
3. Value of Membership and Ethical Standards
Members are entitled to a membership experience that provides clear value within the healthcare reimbursement and market access landscape.
Members should promote and model ethical behavior in their workplaces and learning environments.
Members are encouraged to inspire peers through professionalism, purpose, and leadership.
Members must avoid any conduct that may suggest criminal or unethical behavior.
Ongoing professional development is an expectation of membership to ensure excellence in practice.
Members have the right to access current resources, training, and educational opportunities available through the RAMPSociety™ website.
