RAMPSociety strictly prohibits discrimination, harassment, or exclusion based on any characteristic protected by applicable law or that undermines a respectful and inclusive environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Expectations of Conduct

All individuals engaged with RAMPSociety are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy 
  • Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment 
  • Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or exclusionary behavior 
  • Respect diverse perspectives and experiences 

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments, inappropriate conduct, intimidation, or any behavior that creates a hostile or unwelcoming environment.

  1. Reporting and Resolution

Individuals who experience or witness discrimination or harassment are encouraged to report concerns promptly. Reports may be made to:

  • RAMPSociety leadership or designated representatives 
  • Event organizers (for event-related concerns) 

All reports will be:

  • Taken seriously 
  • Reviewed promptly and confidentially to the extent possible 
  • Addressed with appropriate action based on findings 

Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this policy may result in appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal or written warnings 
  • Removal from events or programs 
  • Revocation of membership or participation privileges 
  • Termination of partnerships or engagements
